    #3 Sweet Potatoes

It is full of beta-carotene that helps protect the skin from UV rays. It also contains Vitamins A, C, and E, which are all perfect for improving your skin's health. You will surely enjoy these nutritious spuds, be it steamed, sautéed, or baked!

     

    #4 Avocados

     Avocados are by far the most popular food for a balanced diet. They taste great and are packed with healthy or "good fats" that can lower bad cholesterol and be natural moisturizers for your skin, leaving it supple and providing better elasticity. Aside from having these essential fats, avocados also contain Vitamin E. Vitamin E is an important antioxidant that helps protect the skin against oxidative damage and promote healthy skin growth.
